Pack with Care
Place the items in their original packaging, ensuring fragile home goods are securely padded to prevent damage during transit.
Ship It Back
Affix the prepaid label to your package and drop it off at any authorized carrier location; we will track the shipment back to our warehouse.
Receive Your Refund
Once our team inspects the returned items, we will process your refund to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
